It has been over 20 years since the last time I stayed at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. Mr Dennis Green was the General Manager and Mr. Barron Hilton,Sr. was Chairman and C.E.O. who still had his office in the Century Plaza Business Complex.
One of the perks of working for the Hilton Hotel Corporation was the Comp rooms, short for complimentary rooms that were available for employees. You could stay from 3 days to a week in any Hilton property(even overseas)if you could travel that far.
This would be my first time traveling to California, although I had several childhood friends who lived in the Los Angeles area for almost 20 years this was my first trip to L.A.
